Alenka Pirjevec in njena lutka.

Alenka Pirjevec je več kot štiri desetletja delovala kot vsestranska lutkovna ustvarjalka, s svojim ustvarjanjem je bistveno obogatila slovensko lutkarsko krajino. Razstava Iz naših zbirk: Alenka dela lutke  se osredotoča na njene avtorske projekte oziroma na uprizoritve, za katere je izdelala lutke. Po razstavi vas bo na Ta veseli dan kulture popeljala Alenka Pirjevec, ogledali si boste lahko tudi kratek nastop umetnice.

Dialogi v oblačkih – razstava ob zaključku projekta

Potujoča razstava predstavlja zaključek nacionalnega projekta Dialogi v oblačkih za spodbudo branja in razumevanja dramskih in drugih literarnih besedil s pomočjo stripa. Na ogled bodo izbrani izdelki učencev in dijakov, ki predstavljajo stripovsko interpretacijo odlomkov leposlovnih besedil.

Arhiv furioso, pregledna razstava ob 30. letnici zavoda Muzeum v Kopru

Zavod Muzeum, ki je odločilno prispeval k uvajanju vizualnih umetnosti in sodobnega plesa v slovenske performativne umetnosti 90-ih let prejšnjega stoletja, praznuje 30-letnico delovanja. Ob tem je v sozaložništvu Slovenskega gledališkega inštituta in zavoda Muzeum režiserke, producentke in kustosinje Barbare Novakovič nastala publikacija z naslovom Gledališče kot muzej. Spremljajoča pregledna  razstava Arhiv furioso, zajema uprizoritveni historiat Gledališča Muzeum v letih 1994–2024.

Razstava Iz naših zbirk: Alenka dela lutke  se osredotoča na njene avtorske projekte oziroma na uprizoritve, za katere je izdelala lutke. Po zazstavi vas bo v sredo, 1. 10. 2025, ob 17. uri popeljala Alenka Pirjevec, ogledali si boste lahko tudi kratek nastop umetnice.

International Museum Day 2025

Na mednarodni dan muzejev 2025 lepo vabljeni tudi v Slovenski gledališki inštitut – Gledališki muzej. Med 16. in 20. uro si lahko ogledate našo stalno razstavo HOJA ZA GLEDalIŠČEM. Od jezuitov do Cankarja in občasno razstavo ARHIV FURIOSO, ki jo bomo odprli v četrtek, 15. maja 2025, ob 19. uri, v nedeljo 18. maja, na mednarodni dan muzejev, pa vas bo ob 17. uri po novi razstavi popeljala njena avtorica, režiserka, producentka in kustosinja Barbara Novakovič.

The Muzeum Institute, which made a decisive contribution to the introduction of visual arts and contemporary dance into Slovenian performing arts in the 1990s, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. The publication titled Theatre as a Museum was co-published by the Slovenian Theatre Institute and the Muzeum Institute, and was co-published by director, producer and curator Barbara Novakovič. The accompanying retrospective exhibition Arhiv furioso, which is on display in the Hall of the Slovenian Theatre Institute until June 6, 2025, covers the performance history of the Muzeum Theatre in the years 1994–2024.

On this year's Prešeren Day, a Slovenian cultural holiday, you are cordially invited to the retrospective exhibition Dušan Jovanović - Cultural Terrorist and to the screening of the film Every Good Story is a Love Story.

Dušan Jovanović – A Cultural Terrorist, Survey Exhibition on the life and work of Dušan Jovanović

The exhibition has been extended until March 11, 2025. The exhibition Cultural Terrorist, prepared by SLOGI in collaboration with Cankarjev dom, will be the first comprehensive exhibition on Jovanović's life and work. It will reveal the rich multifaceted nature of his creative work, appropriately connect it to key chapters from his life, and at the same time answer the question of why Josip Vidmar placed him among the "cultural terrorists".

The exhibition of Tone Stojko, Theater Photography accompanied the release of the e-book of the same name. Curator mag. From the photographic material published in the book, Tea Rogelj made a selection of photographs from the period from 1969 to 2016. The traveling exhibition – of course, it is different every time, adapted to each time's spatial conditions and ambience; it was shown for the first time as part of the Borštnik's Meeting Festival in June this year at SNG in Maribor - we will open it at the Slovenian Theater Institute on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 7 p.m. with a Talk on Theater Photography.

40 let sem delal, Iz naših zbirk: Hlapec Jernej – od Cankarja do Skrbinška in Delaka, e-razstava

The Slovenian Theater Institute (SLOGI) in collaboration with the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television of the University of Ljubljana (UL AGRFT) prepared the exhibition 40 years of work at the end of 2022. From our collections: Hlapec Jernej - from Cankar to Skrbinšek and Delak; it was on display at the premises of SLOGI, and in June of this year, as part of the Borštnik's Meeting Festival, it was also hosted at the Maribor University Library. In order to keep the collected and researched material easily accessible, we digitized it and created a virtual version of the exhibition, accessible at museums.si and sigledal.org.
