We present Slovenian theatre heritage with permanent and temporary exhibitions and virtual exhibitions. We prepare exhibitions independently or in cooperation with domestic and international partners.
The Slovenian Theatre Institute has joined the Ministry of Culture in establishing the new information platform e-Kultura through the project Accessibility of the Cultural Heritage of the Performing Arts . Within the project, we will upgrade digital infrastructure and processes and, through digitalization, ensure broader access to the cultural heritage of the performing arts. The project is funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union – NextGenerationEU, from the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
In the series of lectures and discussions, we place selected productions of the current season of SNT Drama Ljubljana and SNT Opera and Ballet Ljubljana in a broader historical, artistic and social context.
The Slovenian Theater Institute (SLOGI) is a national public institution dedicated to preserving Slovenian theater culture, collecting, documenting, researching, studying and interpreting material from the field of theater heritage and various forms of their presentation and promotion.
