Protection of personal data

At SLOGI, we respect the privacy and security of users' personal data. We undertake to use your personal data exclusively for the purposes set out below in this Privacy Policy. We protect your personal data carefully and in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC) (hereinafter: GDPR) and with other legal regulations governing the area of personal data protection.

Personal data controller

Controller of personal data obtained on the website slogi.si, is the Slovenian Theater Institute (SLOGI), Mestni trg 17, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: operator).

Authorized person for data protection

SLOGI appointed Maja Krivec (Centre za pravno pomoč doo, Mariborska cesta 69, 3000 Celje) as the authorized person for data protection, who can be reached at the e-mail address maja@czpp.si.

Transmission of personal data to third parties, to third countries or international organizations

SLOGI does not forward personal data to third parties, third countries or international organizations.

The exception is statistical data on the visit and use of websites for which the online platforms Google Analytics, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and the MailChimp online platform are used for electronic notification of news and offers and for sending electronic invitations to events.

In their General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the online platforms Google Analytics and MailChimp ensure compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and confirm that they have obtained a certificate of compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Types of personal data, legal bases and purposes of their processing

SLOGI on the website slogi.si collects and processes personal data based on the consent of individuals.

Processing based on consent

An individual whose personal data is processed on the basis of consent can give consent to the processing of personal data for each individual purpose.

The individual to whom the data relates can at any time revoke the given consent for each individual purpose separately in a simple and easily accessible way. To revoke consent, you can also send a message to mihael.cepeljnik@slogi.si.

Sending e-news SLOGI

With the SLOGI e-news, we electronically inform about SLOGI news and offers and send electronic invitations to SLOGI events or SLOGI partner events. On the basis of consent, SLOGI collects and processes the following personal data of an individual: e-mail address, date and time of registration, IP address and location of the place of registration for SLOGI E-News.

The user can unsubscribe from receiving SLOGI e-news at any time by clicking on the marked link in the received e-mail, or by sending an unsubscribe message to the address mihael.cepeljnik@slogi.si.

Demand

Through forms on websites slogi.si the user can submit an inquiry to SLOGI, providing the following personal data: e-mail address, organization name and contact telephone number. SLOGI uses the provided data for communication related to the sent inquiry, namely for the duration of this communication. If the user does not provide contact information, SLOGI will not be able to contact him.

Protection of personal data

To ensure the protection of personal data, SLOGI implements technical and organizational procedures and measures in accordance with good practices in the field of information protection, or via contractual partners, so that: the application software used to process personal data is protected; prevents unauthorized access to personal data during their transmission, including transmission via telecommunications means and networks; provides an efficient way to delete personal data; secure premises, hardware and software; enables later determination of when individual personal data were processed in any way and by whom, namely for the period for which individual data is stored.

Individual rights

In accordance with the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data, an individual has the following rights.

Right of access

The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data is being processed in relation to him and, if so, to access the personal data.

Right to rectification

The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to have the controller correct inaccurate personal data relating to him without undue delay. The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to complete incomplete personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten")

The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to have the controller delete the personal data concerning him without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to delete the personal data without undue delay.

The right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to have the controller limit the processing when the individual disputes the accuracy of the data, when the processing is illegal and when he objects to their deletion and instead requests the restriction of their use when he lodges an objection regarding their processing and when the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the individual needs them to assert, implement or defend claims.

The right to data portability

The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her held by the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, and the right to transmit this data to another controller without was hindered by the controller to whom the personal data was provided.

The right to object

The individual to whom the personal data relates has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him at any time, based on reasons related to his special situation. We do not use personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.

The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority

The individual to whom the personal data relates can submit a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data directly to the competent supervisory authority - To the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

The method of exercising the rights of individuals

The individual to whom the personal data relates can at any time exercise the rights that belong to him in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by sending a message regarding the individual exercise of the right to the authorized person for data protection at SLOGI at the address: maja@czpp.si.
