Please be informed that the premises of the Slovenian Theatre Institute are under video surveillance.

Video surveillance is carried out by the Slovenian Theatre Institute, represented by Dr Gašper Troha, Director. The Institute is also the controller of personal data.

Video surveillance is carried out to protect people and property on the premises of the Slovenian Theatre Institute.

CCTV footage is stored for 30 days.

Legal basis for processing of personal data: processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR).

Users or categories of users of the personal data, if any: the personal data processed on the basis of video surveillance are handled by the Director or his/her delegate, by the external authorised contractor of the video surveillance system of FIT Varošranje, and, where applicable, by law enforcement authorities and other institutions that can demonstrate an appropriate legal basis for access to the personal data.

Information about the specific impact of the processing, in particular further processing: the Institute processes personal data solely for the purpose of carrying out video surveillance, in order to protect people and property.

Video surveillance also allows live video monitoring, with no option for audio intervention.

Information on transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation: personal data are not transferred to a third country.

Information on the existence of the rights of the data subject to request access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of personal data, or the restriction or limitation of personal data, or the existence of the right to object to processing and the right to data portability: the data subject may exercise his or her rights in relation to the protection of personal data by means of the following email address: slogi@slogi.si.

Information on the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent: you may withdraw your consent/declaration at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of data carried out on the basis of your consent until its withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to: slogi@slogi.si. In the specific case, the legal basis for video surveillance is Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR and not consent.
