The 51st Slovenian Drama Week (TSD) has been postponed to November due to the current epidemiological situation, but part of the festival program will still take place during the usual TSD period.
On Saturday, March 27, World Theatre Day, when the TSD usually begins, the festival organizers announced this year's nominees for the Slavko Grum Award.
The jury, consisting of Matej Bogataj, Srečko Fišer (chairman) and Amelia Kraigher, nominated the following four out of the thirty-six texts submitted for the Slavko Grum Award this year: Work and the girl I–V: Dramas of oppressed women Nike Švab, Frank Vedrana Grisogono Nemeš, then I'm running Simone Semenic and You haven't tried this flavor yet Maje Šorli.
The conversations, which we recorded with the authors of the nominated texts, were led by Ana Perne from the Slovenian Theatre Institute (SLOGI), and were prepared in cooperation with the Prešeren Theatre Kranj (PG Kranj) and Layer House. The conversations will be published on the SLOGI and PG Kranj websites from Monday, March 29, to Thursday, April 1. You are cordially invited to watch!
