On the schedule\u00a055th Week of Slovenian Drama<\/a><\/h6>\r\n

Nominees' Day is an event where the texts nominated for the Slavko Grum Award are traditionally presented. The event provides a more detailed introduction to the texts, their intersections and creative processes, and at the same time examines the conditions and state of Slovenian drama in the theatrical landscape.<\/p>\r\n

Nominated texts for the Slavko Grum Award 2025:
Varja Hrvatin: Villas in Slovenia<\/em><\/strong>
Nina Kuclar Stikovi\u0107: Mermaid (one hundred and eighty-seven years later)<\/em><\/strong>
Masha Pelko: For OPHELIA (The Mythology of Drowning)<\/em><\/strong>
Milan Ramsak Markovic: A trilogy about cities and people<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The event will be directed by Luka Ravnika, Ne\u017ee Dvor\u0161\u010dak, Julije Urban<\/strong> and Lucas Carboni Kop\u0161eta<\/strong>, dramaturgy Bla\u017eka Gantar, Nike \u0160o\u0161tari\u010d, Tajde Lipicer<\/strong> and Nastje Ur\u0161ule Virk<\/strong>, light design Domna Lusina<\/strong> and sound design Ne\u017ee Dvor\u0161\u010dak<\/strong> reading staged nominated texts.<\/p>\r\n

Reading performances of texts in interpretation \u010carna Lampret, Aleksandar Jovanovski, Borut Petrovi\u0107, Marko Rafolt, Jure \u0160imonka, Ivan Vastl, Eneja \u0160temberger, Maja Kunaver, Indija Stropnik, Petar Podgor\u0161ek, Ela Poto\u010dnik, Robert Kladnik, \u0160pela Lovrec, Matica \u017dusto \u0160prah, Mile Per\u0161in, Urban Bren\u010di\u010d, Jakob Podjavor\u0161ek, Nejc Kravos, Brina Rakun, Filip \u017duni\u0107<\/strong> and The beginning of Carinthia<\/strong> will introduce dramaturgical considerations Maru\u0161e Freye Voglar, Lara Kerznar, Karin Winkler<\/strong> and Hane Obreza<\/strong>, dramaturgy student at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts and Letters.<\/p>\r\n

The discussion with the nominees will be led by a theatre scholar and curator Ana Perne<\/strong> (SLOGI) and dramaturgy student Nejka Jevsek<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

The event is co-organized by the Pre\u0161eren Theatre Kranj, the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television, and the Slovenian Theatre Institute.<\/p>\r\n
