In October, we issued the Slovenian Theatre Annual 2022\/2023<\/em>, which has been published regularly under this name since 1994, and is also the 36th continuation of the centenary Repertoarja of Slovenian theaters (1867\u20131967)<\/em>, which was first published on the centenary of the founding of the Drama Society in Ljubljana (1967). The annual is based on an online database of Slovenian theater productions (on the web portal sigledal.org), but it also significantly supplements the data collected there - with editorials, data on festivals and awards, data on reprisals and touringss, and a summary and comparison of data among individual theaters.<\/p>\n

Statistical table of the Annual<\/em> brings other numerical data about individual theaters as well as totals of all Slovenian productions in the 2022\/23 season: the total number of all plays, the number of Slovenian authors played, the number of premieres, reprisals, tours and total number of all stagings.<\/p>\n

The Slovenian Theatre Annual 2022\/23<\/em>, edited by Matic Kocijan\u010di\u010d<\/strong>, covers all theater genres, dramatic and post-dramatic theater, opera theater, ballet and dance, puppet theater and also radio play. The interpretative commentaries are introduced by specialists for each genre - in the Slovenian Theatre Annual 2022\/2023<\/em> these are: Ajda Rooss<\/strong> (dramatic and post-dramatic theatre), Gregor Pompe<\/strong> (opera theatre), Sara \u017divkovi\u010d Kranjc<\/strong> (ballet and dance), Magda Tu\u0161ar<\/strong> (puppet theatre) and Klemen Markov\u010di\u010d<\/strong> (radio play).<\/p>\n
