Fran Lipah, Slovene actor (1892–1952).

In many of his radio humoresque, Lipah evolved the good humoured character of Nace Kapelj. As Kapelj, Lipah also appeared in the audio advertisement Yugoslav Publishing House (dir. Marijan Förster, 1940), which is one of the treasured rarities of the Audio archive of SLOGI – Theatre Museum. The audio tape, known as the first radio advertisement in Slovenia, introduces an exact image of Ljubljana in the time that still knew the sound of tram as the principal public vehicle and when books were an increasingly cherished value. Yugoslav Publishing House, the biggest bookshop in Slovenia at the time,
was located in the current Dom shop on the Ciril Metod Square 5.
