We are presenting our our collections. In August 2020 we are presenting a photography of The Serfs by Ivan Cankar, in the direction of Mile Korun and Staš Potočnik (Prešeren Theatre Kranj, premiere 7 February 1969).

The first edition of the Slovenian Drama Week that took place in 1971 was as a part of Kranj’s celebrations of the greatest romantic national poet France Prešeren. On that occasion, the Kranj town theatre staged The Serfs by Ivan Cankar, in the direction of Mile Korun and Staš Potočnik.

Prešeren Theatre Kranj, Slovenian Theatre Institute and Gorenjska Museum Kranj, in collaboration with the Ars programme, would like to draw attention to the 50th anniversary with the exhibition The event is here, you have an event in town! You are kindly invited to visit it at Gorenjska Museum where it will be open until 27 September 2020.
