Exhibition on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Society, which is on display only until January 10, 2018, focuses on the first fifty years of the Society's activity, trying to shed light on important and decisive milestones on its development path. The Drama Society in Ljubljana (founded in 1867) is the originator of the Slovenian theater of the modern era. In its development, from 1867 to 1920, it traverses a fifty-year path through the era of institutionalization and professionalization of Slovenian theater and concludes in 1920, when a new stage of development begins, the era of Europeanization (1920‒1945).
