In 1867, the Dramatic Society was founded in Ljubljana, which is considered the beginning of organized theater activities in Slovenia. On the theater walk, we will follow the development and professionalization of Slovenian theater from the first seeds to the establishment of Slovenian national theaters. We will discover the cultural heritage of theater and Slovenian drama on the spot in a changing urban environment and place it in a historical, socio-political and architectural context.
